  • More than 14 days before the tour date
    → 90% refund of the total payment (10% administration fee).

  • 7–14 days before the tour date
    → 50% refund of the total payment.

  • Less than 7 days before the tour date
    → No refund.

  • No Show (customer does not arrive on the tour date)
    → No refund.


🔹 Rescheduling Policy
  • Rescheduling is allowed one time only and must be requested at least 7 days before the tour date, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling within 7 days is considered a cancellation.


🔹 Cancellation by Company

If the tour is canceled by us due to:

  • Bad weather

  • Government restrictions

  • Safety concerns

  • Minimum participants not reached

You will receive:

  • Full refund (100%)
    OR

  • Option to reschedule at no additional cost.
