Pickup: Hotel at 08:00 AM

🚐 Hotel Transfer to Bangsal Harbor → Enjoy a scenic drive through lush countryside and traditional villages.
🚤 Boat Ride to Gili Trawangan → Cross the crystal-clear sea by local boat.
🤿 Snorkeling Session → Explore the underwater beauty filled with coral gardens and tropical fish.
🚲 Cycling Around the Island (Optional) → Rent a bicycle and discover the island’s laid-back atmosphere.

More than 14 days before the tour date
→ 90% refund of the total payment (10% administration fee).
7–14 days before the tour date
→ 50% refund of the total payment.
Less than 7 days before the tour date
→ No refund.
No Show (customer does not arrive on the tour date)
→ No refund.

🔹 Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is allowed one time only and must be requested at least 7 days before the tour date, subject to availability.
Rescheduling within 7 days is considered a cancellation.

🔹 Cancellation by Company

If the tour is canceled by us due to:

Bad weather
Government restrictions
Safety concerns
Minimum participants not reached

You will receive:

Full refund (100%)
OR
Option to reschedule at no additional cost.
